On a Friday afternoon a water tank burst in one of Melville Housing Associations tenant’s houses causing serious flooding which required the tenants to be quickly decanted with all their furnishings moved to another property.

After other Melville service providers failed to respond, Melville contacted John Borthwick, McSence Property Services Manager at 4pm on the Friday afternoon as property services provided other services for Melville such as Stair cleaning and void house clearances.

Whilst most of our works team staff had finished for the day, McSence Management immediately organized a works group & transport and managed to sort out and clear all of the mess caused by the flooding. Melville Housing were delighted by the response from McSence Property Services and continue to use us as one of their major service providers for Property Maintenance.
